Instaheat is a Yorkshire-based stove installer, providing a full range of installation services for customers across the region. They approached us to strengthen their digital presence and build a marketing system that could deliver a steady flow of qualified enquiries.

We worked with Instaheat for three years, combining a new website with ongoing Google Ads management. The website was built to showcase their services clearly while making it easier for customers to request quotes, compare options and take the next step. Google Ads was used to capture demand from people actively searching for stove installations locally, turning interest into booked enquiries.

The new website was designed to act as a clear, reliable sales tool. A standout feature was a custom quote builder that allowed visitors to enter their requirements and receive tailored pricing instantly. This reduced barriers for customers and made enquiries far more actionable for the sales team. The addition of the quote builder increased sales by 38%.

Google Ads

Alongside the website, we ran targeted Google Ads campaigns to capture high-intent searches. Campaigns were structured around location and service terms, directing clicks to the most relevant pages and tracking every enquiry.

In the first four months, Ads generated 212 qualified enquiries. Over the course of our partnership, conversions increased by 654%, cementing digital as the main driver of new business for Instaheat.
