Who we are
What information we collect
Much of the information we collect is personal information collected directly from you when you create an account, place an order for any of our services, request assistance from our industry leading support team, complete contact forms, request newsletters or other information, participate in surveys or contests, or when you apply for a job. We collect this data so we can fulfil service/s that you have purchased or signed up for, to improve our services, and for marketing purposes if you choose to sign up to receive updates.
We may collect the following data:

At Folifi we committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. Folifi has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorised access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online. We strongly believe in both minimising the data we collect and limiting its use and purpose to only that for which we have been given permission, as necessary to deliver the services you purchase or interact with, or as we might be required or permitted for legal compliance or other lawful purposes.

How you can access, update or delete your data
To easily access, view, update, delete or port your personal information, or to update your subscription preferences, please sign into your Account; here you access all your information including, orders, subscriptions, billing information and more.
If you make a request to delete your personal information and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honoured only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any services purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

What data breach procedures we have in place
If, at any point, we become aware of a data breach through one of the third parties listed above, or by our own measures, we will immediately contact all affected parties and also take immediate action in accordance with the rules and regulations of the authority having jurisdiction.
The third party services that we use to store data are equipped to monitor unauthorised access and share with us any known system breaches. These third party services include MailChimp.com, ManageWP.com, Stripe.com, Stunning.co and Google.com.
Where do we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers or contractors. Territories outside of the EEA may not have equivalent legal protections to those that apply within the EEA, but we are under a duty to make sure that our suppliers and contractors located outside of the EEA continue to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.
